Add the pasta and a splash of the reserved cooking water and toss to combine. Season and serve with a grating of parmesan. Serves 2

Spicy sausage stir-fry

• Squeeze the meat from the skins of , then mix with, and . Fry in until browned. Add , then fry for 1 min more. Tip in and a splash of and toss. Add a splash of water and cover to allow the beans to steam. Sprinkle with some and to serve. Serves 2
