Brent Heavener, age 23, author of Tiny House, went in search of people who dreamt large within smaller quarters, and found the Tiny House movement, a worldwide group of people, from all walks of life, with one thing in common - the desire to live simply.

Could you tell us a little about your background?

I’m from the States originally - but now I live in Central America. I’m a digital entrepreneur but I also work with cows on a ranch, and I help with construction projects. My mother is a stay-at-home-mum and my father is a creative artist and a pastor. I have three siblings and we’ve always been close. We grew up travelling. My family wanted to give us a very cultural experience - they didn’t want us to have a normal upbringing, living in the same place all the time and getting complacent.
