1 cup desiccated coconut
125g unsalted butter, melted

FILLING

395g can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
⅓ cup lemon juice
2 tblsps passionfruit pulp

MERINGUE TOPPING

2 egg whites, at room temperature
⅓ cup caster sugar

Grease an 18cm
