    Bored of the same old tuna pasta bake? This could easily become a new family favourite!

    SERVES 2 PREP 5 MINS COOK 15 MINS

    ✱ 1 garlic clove, crushed
    ✱ 1 shallot, diced
    ✱ 45g tin of anchovies, drained
    ✱ 400g can of peeled plum tomatoes
    ✱ 2tsp red wine vinegar
    ✱ 200g penne
    ✱ 10 Taggiasca olives, pitted
    ✱ 100g halved cherry tomatoes
    ✱ 140g tin tuna in olive oil, drained
    ✱ ½ bunch of basil, leaves only
