Sean Moran

I hold the greatest affection and deepest respect for my special friend and colleague Sean Moran. I consider him to be like my little brother – I’ve never told him this but something tells me he would like it! Our deep friendship is based upon our love for the finest quality produce, cooking from the heart and many rich conversations exchanging notes about our businesses, staff and food producers. For many of Billy Kwong’s Christmas parties, I would
