1 Make an honest inventory

What did you miss during the lockdown? What did you look forward to doing? What didn’t you miss at all? Sometimes, we’re so busy rushing around that we become weighed down by all the ‘shoulds’ in our lives and lose track of what actually brings us joy – and misery.

Reflect on these questions:

What did you like about lockdown life?

What did you dislike?

What was better?

What was worse?

What surprised you?

Did you try new activities and, if so, what?

What new pursuits did you love?

What new ideas did you become interested in? Many people tried nothing new – how did that make you feel?

What did you learn about yourself? If you were not working, did you enjoy doing less? How does this challenge your beliefs about
