• 20 x 25cm (8 x 10in) wool felt in charcoal grey marle

• 10 x 20cm (4 x 8in) wool felt in ecru

• DMC Perle 5 thread in Black (310), Very Dark Violet (550), Very Dark Cranberry (600), Light Beaver Grey (648), Very Dark Royal Blue (820), Golden Olive (832), Dark Plum (915) and Dark Aquamarine (991)

• Crewel wool in mid grey (Gumnut Daisies 994 or Appleton 151) and ecru (Gumnut Daisies 990 or Appleton 991)

• Size 22 chenille needle

• Fibre fill

• 1kg (2lb 3oz) dried soya beans

• Fine pencil or erasable fabric-marking pen

• Chopstick or stuffing tool
