    HANG-GLIDING HORROR I NOSEDIVED into the GROUND!

    Sitting in the backyard, as my toddler, Gretel, played with her baby brother, Stewart, I spoke into the video camera.

    ‘I spend most of my free time at home with the kids. But, actually… I’m a double agent!’ I grinned.

    Aged 39, I was putting together an audition tape for the TV show Survivor.

    A wife, mum and nurse, I was also a complete adrenaline junkie.

    I loved white-water rafting, skiing, and I’d even skydived while pregnant with my firstborn!
