Blueberry Bonanza

BLUEBERRY MUFFIN BREAD

Makes 1 (8x5-inch) loaf

2½ cups self-rising flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk, room temperature
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, room temperature
1 cup fresh blueberries
Garnish: sparkling sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and granulated sugar. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, oil, and egg. Fold milk mixture into flour mixture just until combined.
