You’ve been working on a manuscript for the next bestselling novel, and after years of hard work and revisions, you’re ready to send it out. But all of the time you’ve spent on your manuscript won’t matter much if you simply pop your masterpiece into the mail without thoroughly researching the press. Before you submit to a publisher, whether big or small, it’s essential to make sure you’ve perfectly met their criteria.
Some publishers are temporarily closed to submissions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We recommend you check a publisher’s website for updates before submitting.
