How important is getting up and getting dressed during isolation?

It is so important. If you’re going to get up and do a tonne of chores you might not want to get dressed up and put on makeup, but by lunchtime, hopefully, you’ve done the chores and that could be your ‘switch’ time, especially if you’re a stay-at-home mum.

But you do need that moment of the day where it’s time for you, and to just nurture yourself a little bit.
