Dahlia describes herself as a culture aficionado, having developed a ferocious appetite for local heritage and tradition. Thus, she showcases local culture through her products, to promote lesser-known subjects entangled in the Malaysian DNA.
It saddens me that many of today’s (a traditional instrument from Sarawak) and (a type of dance from the old Malaccaan Empire) are. We should be committed to preserve our identity because without it, there is no Malaysia. Most importantly, we must see it as a whole, not just a race-based thing.
