Preheat the grill. Grill 2 reduced fat pork sausages for 5 mins. Put 150g sliced mushrooms and 100ml vegetable stock (made from 1 stock cube) into a pan, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 mins, stirring occasionally. After the sausages have been on for 5 mins, turn and add 4 bacon medallions and 10 cherry tomatoes on the vine, cook for 5 mins until crispy, turning the bacon once. Meanwhile, spray a nonstick frying pan with calorie-controlled cooking
