BIRCHER MUESLI
Yogurt contains gut-friendly bacteria and can ease symptoms of constipation and gas. Soaking the oats makes them even easier to digest, putting less strain on the body.
PER SERVING 124 cals; 3.5g fat; 2g sat fat; 16.5g carbs
SERVES 1
✣ 75g (2½fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
✣ 15g (½oz) sugar-free muesli or dry Bircher muesli
✣ 45g (1½oz) natural yogurt
1 Put the milk into a bowl and sprinkle the muesli on top. Leave to soak for 30 mins or overnight if you like.
2 Serve topped
