TURKISH SHEPHERD’S SALAD
A simple salad with a basic salad dressing.
SERVES 3-4 PREPARATION: 15 MIN
SALAD
8 baby Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced in rings
1 green pepper, diced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1 celery stick, thinly sliced (optional)
125ml (½c) chopped parsley
TO SERVE
vinaigrette (see recipe)
1 Salad Lightly mix all the ingredients and transfer to a pretty salad bowl.
Pour the dressing over just before serving.
