Eat right to stay well

Question:

Does what we eat help us fight the coronavirus disease?

Answer:

It’s debatable whether Hippocrates really said, “Let food be thy medicine”, but what’s not under debate is the evidence that a nutritious diet will support our immune system. And although there are no guarantees we can avoid Covid-19 altogether, there’s no better time to seriously consider the effect of what you eat on your health.
