FALAFEL WITH WASABI MAYONNAISE

100 g Kabuli chana, soaked overnight
½ bell pepper, finely chopped
1-inch piece ginger, crushed
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 green chilli, chopped

10 g finely-chopped coriander leaves
1 onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
250 ml oil, for deep frying

For the wasabi mayonnaise:

1 tsp wasabi
5 tbsp mayonnaise

4 > 45 minutes > 30 minutes
