J: I’m Jana, architect converted to baker, passionate about the food we put into our bodies, how we prepare it and where it comes from. I’m originally from Germany but have been living in Barcelona for almost twenty years now. My husband, Nando, is Italian, so at home it’s a nice mix of languages, recipes and influences of all kinds.
