Samoan pride

This red t-shirt (01) is my kids’ music label — Dunamis. They were number 16 on the New Zealand music charts a few weeks ago, and they’ve opened for Ardijah. ‘Dunamis’ is a word from the Bible and means resilience. My older brother runs the Dunamis label. It’s R&B, reggae, hip-hop, based in West Auckland, Avon-dale. That’s where I was brought up.
