FINDING calm IN YOUR EVERYDAY BUSY

Miranda Brown Artist I have learned over the years that I need to have a daily wellbeing practice to keep balanced, connected and happy.

My day starts early around 6am, awakening to the bird call, and it is here I bring my attention, feeling deep gratitude for this new day.

Then I make a delicious coffee with cream and I take it to bed and I meditate. (You are probably meant to have ginger tea but I say do what feels good and works for you.)

I have a particular spiritual practice which involves prayer and creative visualisation. This allows me to feel a deep connection to my heart and higher self and it is in this space I feel such love that all my worries fade and I’m able to focus on
