IS IT SAFE TO EAT? PART II

Before we get into it, I must point out that I’ll be talking about Whitetail deer as a lot of our information comes from North America and most of the research there is done on Whitetail. You’ll also notice how I refer to humans at times. I’ve done this for a couple of reasons: firstly because there is a lot more research for humans than there is for animals and secondly, apart from what we learnt in the last issue about digestive systems, humans and animals are reasonably similar in many regards.
