CREAMY SEAFOOD STEW
2T olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 cups chicken stock
1T corn flour, mixed to a paste with a little cold water
1 bag (400g) frozen seafood mix, defrosted small bunch dill, chopped
5T sour cream (or use fresh cream with a tablespoon lemon juice added)
