BACK IN THE GROOVE

Did you know that if you strengthen your back muscles not only will you improve your posture and reduce lower back pain, but you will certainly improve your archery performance? Here are some of the exercises I’m really liking at the moment to help my rotator cuff muscles and all of the back muscles I have to use for shooting. Your back makes up the biggest part of your body and you use it so much for archery. It's a great idea to add these exercises to your gym sessions. YouTube can help show you how to do all of these too!
