• Be true to yourself and only invite those who bring joy to your lives. Don’t feel guilty about cutting out that distant relative you see once in a blue moon.

• Have a steamer handy! It will quickly get rid of the cheeky creases that magically appear on dresses and suits.

• Have a thorough event plan. Include the phone numbers of all your suppliers and two contact people on the day – not the bride and groom because they should be putting their feet up!
