MAKES 16 (1 PER SERVE: AS A SNACK)
Put 100g in a small food processor and process to crumbs. Add 75g , 2 Tbsp no-added-salt-and-sugar , 1 Tbsp , 1 Tbsp Dutch-processed and 1 Tbsp . Pulse to combine. Shape mix. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to chill.
