The singer has had an enviable figure at every age, but she’s really amped up the commitment to fitness in recent years, and the results are undeniable. On top of dance rehearsals for her live shows, Lopez is dedicated to regular workout sessions.“I do hour-long circuits at least three times a week. It’s full-body training – so planks, push-ups, boxing – really everything,”she says. “It’s all about changing it up and keeping your body guessing.”

BEAUTY

“I don’t drink, or smoke, or have caffeine,” she says.“That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”She uses glycolic acid products for that‘healthy glow’and considers going to bed with her makeup on a cardinal beauty sin.

STYLE

Lopez’s style has remained bold and fun for years.
