Four ways with BURGERS

1. CHICKEN & AVOCADO BURGERS

READY IN 20 MINS SERVES 4

Heat a barbecue plate or frying pan over medium heat. Cut 2 in half horizontally. Season. Heat 1 tablespoon on barbecue. Cook chicken for 4 minutes each side, or until just cooked through. Toast 4 split plain , cut-side down, on barbecue for 1 minute. To assemble burgers, spread ⅓ cup over bun bases. Spread with 1 tablespoon . Top with chicken, thinly sliced , , 1 sliced medium and bun tops.
