Take a Dip!

Whipped Feta & Dukkah Dip

PREP TIME 10 MINUTES SERVES 4-6

 200g feta cheese
 1 clove garlic
 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 2 tablespoons light olive oil
 1 tablespoon dukkah
 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
 cucumber sticks and pita breads, to serve

1 In a food processor, process feta and garlic until it forms a spreadable consistency. With the motor operating, gradually add juice, then oil; process until light and creamy.

Spoon into a serving bowl; top with dukkah and pomegranate seeds. Serve with cucumber and chargrilled pita.
