is a traditional Japanese dining experience where courses are curated, crafted and served over several hours. Designed to celebrate the tradition, but with a uniquely Australian take, the interior of this 16-seat diner is bold,. Crafting an interior that is unusual and contemporary to work with the dining experience within the Australian market drove an interior design response that delights, is youthful yet formal and connotes a total dining experience.
