Visiting your ancestral towns

am a fifth generation descendant of gold miner and ‘man of exemplary character’ Thomas Henry North. This year marks 177 years since Thomas North arrived in Australia. When researching my own family tree, I had very little information to go on other than the date Thomas North arrived, his birth place and year (Warwickshire, United Kingdom, 1821), and in November 1842.
