1 DON’T SIT TOO MUCH

Sitting is the new smoking when it comes to your health. People who spend much of their time on their backside are more likely to get heart disease, diabetes and dementia, and die earlier.

Make the effort to get up and move around more often, both at work (if you have a desk job) and at home (if you tend to plonk yourself in front of the TV for hours every night). Set an alarm on your phone to remind yourself to get up.

2 GET RID OF CLUTTER

People with cluttered homes are more prone to high levels
