Shooting from the Hip

Your hips and pelvis are the centre point, or powerhouse of your body.

If you have any weakness or instability around your hips it will vastly impact the rest of your body.

Your ‘normal’ alignment that displaces load consistently around the body becomes unbalanced. And in terms of running, this means that other joints will endure more uneven load and impact, mainly spine, knees, ankles and feet.
