Running has always been a part of former All Blacks lock Ian Jones’ life, and it remains an important pastime.
Jones started his career with Northland in 1988 as a 20-year-old lock, tipped for big things. He picked up the nickname Kamo after his home town, just north of Whangarei in New Zealand.
