Spiced Plum
The tiny-but-mighty plum is full of antioxidants. The spices pack a nice anti-inflammatory punch, too.
◆ 1kg plums
◆ 2 tsp ground cardamom
◆ 2 tsp ground cinnamon
◆ 1 tbs coconut sugar
FOR THE CRUMBLE
◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut each plum into 8 pieces, place in an ovenproof dish and mix with the cardamom, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Roast for 45 mins, stirring everySprinkle the crumble on top of the plum compote and bake for 20-25 mins. You’re very welcome!
