POWER PORRIDGE WITH CHOCOLATE, CHIA SEEDS AND ALMOND BUTTER

This filling and rich breakfast is the perfect start to the day ahead and a long ride on the bike (or any tough exercise session). Chocolate milk and almond butter are an excellent pairing, and the addition of chopped banana would also work really well. Manuka honey is loaded with antioxidants to boost your energy levels.
