Beef, red wine & rosemary skewers

SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK TIME 15 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERATION TIME)

Use red wine marinade below to flavour 800g boneless beef such as rump or sirloin cut into 3cm cubes. Marinate meat for 3 hours (or overnight) in a shallow glass or stainless steel container. Thread meat onto metal or bamboo skewers; cook skewers on a preheated chargrill plate or barbecue,
