Roasted yam, bacon, kale & orange salad with chilli citrus dressing
Ready in 40 minutes | Serves 4 | DF | GF
650-700g yams, cut in half lengthways
4-5 rashers streaky bacon, diced
1½ Tbsp olive oil
1½ Tbsp maple syrup
100-120g curly kale
2 oranges, skin cut off, flesh sliced
¼ cup chopped roasted almonds or hazelnuts
CITRUS CHILLI DRESSING
Juice 1 orange
Juice 1 lemon
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce*
