    No matter how you’re celebrating, an amazing meal is central to your wedding. But before you choose the menu, you need to know which meal you’re serving. Your options are nearly endless—from a formal, seated dinner or a festive brunch buffet to nothing but a five-tier fondant couture cake.

    Brunch can be served buffet style or as a seated meal (or as a combo). The other alternative is a cocktail brunch, where guests enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres, like scrambled-egg tartlets and mini French toast sticks, and cocktails, such as mimosas and Bellinis, as they mingle among a mix of lounge furniture and tables.
