FESTIVE FLORAL FIZZ

150ml dry gin 12tsp elderflower liqueur Freshly squeezed lemon juice Champagne or sparkling wine 6 raspberries
1 Pour 25ml (1 measure) of gin and 2tsp elderflower liqueur into six champagne glasses.
2 Add a dash of lemon juice to each glass, and then top up with champagne or sparkling wine.
3 Serve with a cocktail stick-skewered raspberry resting on the rim of the glass for a garnish.
