EMBRACING THE WAVES

My name is Jessica Smith and I’m certified school teacher, mother of four, wife, yoga teacher and mindfulness trainer. I grew up in Chicago and then moved to Arizona for college. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I taught elementary school, then transitioned to become a stay-at-home mom after the birth of my first child. Although I’ve always had a hard time adapting to stressful situations, this was when my life began to spin out of control. This is my story of how I, not so accidentally, learned the life-changing benefits of mindful living.
