120ml Chambord
1 tbsp lime juice
400ml cranberry juice
Prosecco
Blueberries and raspberries
1 Fill a jug with ice. Pour over Chambord, lime juice and cranberry juice; stir to combine.
2 Top with prosecco, pour into tumblers and garnish with berries.

10-15 fresh curry leaves
Olive oil spray
12 king prawns, butterflied lengthways, deveined
1 lemon, cut in half
¼ cup chiu chow chilli oil, to serve*
