Annette Boland & Carla Brinkman
We have a couple of "must haves" in our tool box these days. Annette has recently started using and absolutely loves the Clover Size 24 Chenille needle when hand stitching wool appliqué. It is affordable and has a larger eye for threading the size 8 Valdani that we love to use for hand stitching. Our other "gotta haves" in our tool box are the BlocLoc Half-Square triangle and Flying Geese trimming rulers. Carla most commonly reaches for the 3½" Half-Square Triangle tool which will accommodate most sizes that she likes to make. As for the BlocLoc Flying Geese trimming tools, her favorite sizes are the 1.5" X 3" and the 2" X 4" which she used for in this issue.
