What does heaven actually look like? We living may never know. But we can gain some insight from those who’ve gotten closest, through near-death experiences (NDEs). The following five survivors turned to visual art to depict what they saw in the time they spent between this world and the next. Some of them were artists before. Others found their hidden talent after coming back. But all of them used art to process what happened. Each account and each piece may be different and yet share key similarities—offering a potential glimpse of what awaits beyond….
