SERVES 4
• 80g raw cashew nuts
• 80g raw walnuts
• 80g raw macadamia nuts
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 15g toasted coconut chips
• 50g dried cranberries
• 20g pumpkin seeds
• 30g sunflower seeds
1. Preheat the oven to 180?C. Place the nuts on a baking tray and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
