¼ cup xylitol
½ cup hot water
6 limes, juiced, plus 1 sliced lime for serving
1 cup tequila
2L soda water
400g frozen strawberries
bowl of water
bowl of salt
1. Dissolve the xylitol in hot water to make a syrup and set aside.
2. Squeeze all the lime juice into a jug. Add the tequila and the cooled syrup and half of the soda water.
3. In a blender, blend the frozen strawberries and the tequila mixture.
