Design duo, James Dyer-Smith and Gian Frey were commissioned to design a mock-up penthouse unit for Hard Turm Park Tower, which is now home to a young Swiss couple. Located in an area west of Zurich, the 1,292 square foot maisonette-loft occupies the top floor of the building.
