Cheese and herb tart

SERVES 6 // PREP TIME 20 MINS // COOK 40 MINS (PLUS RESTING, COOLING)

Tarts are a no-brainer when it comes to a picnic. This rustic galette holds its shape well and is easily transported. Bake it in the morning and it will be perfect by the time you serve it for lunch.

1 bunch silverbeet, leaves only (stalks reserved for another use), washed
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
