    I’m 45 years old and after years of heavy periods and period pain, I’ve been diagnosed with adenomyosis. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), the Pill and an IUD didn’t help and now hysterectomy is recommended. Is this my only option?
