PLEASE TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE BRIEF…
The brief for Pine Ave reflects ANGLE’s (in conjunction with Buxton Group) ethos of creating homes that go beyond the typical. Spaces that embrace great living through innovative design. The key theme for these homes has been around embracing the light, bringing the Elwood sun into the homes. All of the finishes have a reflectivity to them to make sure that there is a golden feeling to the space.
As the interior designer of Pine Ave, I wanted to create a space that inhabited soulful living and a natural sensuality (in the true sense of the word) of the beach lifestyle of Elwood.
The inspiration that really took form, was a villa that you might to feel a blissful kind of living at every turn throughout the space.
