    Chicken and blueberry salad

    Smoked chicken and feta add a savoury note to this salad, while the fresh blueberries give it a hint of sweetness.

    Makes four servings

    SALAD

    250g (1 packet) lettuceHandful of fresh rocketHandful of fresh pea sprouts (optional)A small quantity of oil2 onions, finely chopped5ml (1 tsp) fresh garlic, chopped1 stick of celery, finely chopped4 smoked chicken breasts, cut into strips15ml (1 Tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped1 round of feta, crumbledHandful of pecans, roughly chopped120g (1 punnet) fresh blueberriesBlack pepper to season
